COMPLEX NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING FOR INTERGRATED SUPPORT FUNDING
Gold Coast Drug Council are pleased to have received funding from Qld Health, through the
Primary Care Partnership Council, to establish a complex needs
assessment and planning panel made up of key decision makers in relevant
government and non government agencies in order to improve the quality
and availability of support for dual diagnosis clients from 18-29 years
old.
The project aims to provide a co-ordinated approach, improve service
delivery - assisting agencies to work together in a more integrated and
effective way to achieve positive outcomes; and provide increased
flexibility and support to existing services to address the needs of
people with complex support needs.
