SUPERVISED URINARY TESTING

Who?
This service is available to clients and community organisations on a request basis only.

Clients should phone our Receptionist/ Advice Worker on (07) 5535 4302 to make enquiries about accessing the service.

How?
The service is available on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 3:00 and 5:00pm.

Rules?
Out-clients attending this service are required to comply with the following rules:
• clients may not attend if they are under the influence of a drug/ substance, including alcohol. Should this occur they will be asked to leave,
• if any clients (irrespective of whether they currently use a substance) engage other clients in conversation about their past or present behaviour (e.g. where they buy drugs), they will be asked to leave the group,
• when clients arrive at Mirikai they are asked to remain in the designated waiting area for the service and leave as soon as they have been seen,
• clients must not to engage in conversation with current residents of the Mirikai Therapeutic Community Program. Should they be seen doing this they will be asked to leave the property.
